Leadership at this level is not a solo endeavor, but it often feels like one. Climate Leadership Coaching is one-on-one engagement designed for senior leaders who need more than a thought partner. You need someone who understands the structural conditions producing your challenges, can help you see your own role in them clearly, and can walk alongside you through the change.
Coaching is ongoing and meets weekly. It runs alongside assessment implementation and change management so that your own development and your organization's development happen in parallel.
