My Company Culture is an organizational development consulting practice founded by Leah Schneider, MS, PHRca. Services offered through this Site include:
• Organizational climate and culture consulting
• Organizational change leadership advisory
• Executive coaching and leadership development
• Climate Assessment tools and resources
• Workshops, speaking engagements, and training
• Downloadable resources and lead magnets
All services are subject to separate engagement agreements. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding consulting agreement or guarantee of outcomes.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, frameworks, methodologies, tools, assessments, graphics, logos, and downloadable materials — is the intellectual property of My Company Culture and Leah Schneider unless otherwise noted. This includes proprietary concepts such as the Climate Framework, the Climate Assessment, and related terminology.

13. REFUND POLICY
My Company Culture is committed to delivering high-quality consulting services and resources. Please review the following refund policy before engaging services or downloading materials.
Consulting Engagements
Retainers, project fees, and consulting engagements are non-refundable once work has begun. "Work begun" includes any discovery calls, assessments, planning sessions, document review, or deliverable preparation conducted following a signed agreement. If you wish to cancel an engagement before work has begun, please contact us within 48 hours of signing to discuss your options.
Digital Products and Downloads
All digital products — including the Climate Assessment, downloadable resources, and any other materials available through this Site — are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. Because digital products are immediately available upon delivery, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.
Workshops and Speaking Engagements
Cancellations made more than 14 days before a scheduled workshop or speaking engagement will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable. My Company Culture reserves the right to reschedule or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances; in such cases, participants will receive a full refund or the option to apply payment to a future event.
Exceptions
Refund exceptions are considered on a case-by-case basis and are solely at the discretion of My Company Culture. To request a review, contact us at Leah@mycompanyculture.com with your name, date of purchase, and a brief description of your concern.
